I am a life-long resident of Johnson County, KS and I will be the one doing your inspection. I have taken many hours of InterNACHI educational courses. I am experienced in all types of home repairs, such as roof replacement, plumbing, electrical, painting, guttering, etc. I have built 9 homes during my lifetime. I currently live in my reverse story and a half home, built in 2004 with the assistance of noted home builder Bruce L. Rieke. Many inspectors have never actually performed home repairs, and have just taken tests or read books on how to be a home inspector. It does not matter what association a home inspector belongs to; you cannot substitute anything for actual hands-on experience.

There is a huge difference between just being licenced, and being qualified. After all, people who have a driver's license makes them good drivers, right?

I have spent over 25 years in management with a top Fortune 75 company before deciding to become a home inspector, and won several national awards for my work as a food inspector and buyer.
